E-book platform transition scheduled for June 23
On June 23, WVU Libraries will transition its primary e-book agreement from ProQuest to Ebsco. This decision is a result of Clarivate subsidiary ProQuest’s recent announcement to no longer license individual e-books for a one-time fee and only offer e-book subscription packages.
Most of the transition work will be invisible to users. However, throughout the week of June 23, there is a small possibility users may encounter some technical difficulties, such as a bookmark or saved link no longer working.
If you encounter any access challenges, please Ask a Librarian via chat, email or phone.
